CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

We deliver construction projects ranging from residential to commercial and industrial building development. Civil Foundation – Pile foundations & RC foundations. Construction of Power plants, Housing and high-quality buildings and renovations including hotels, hospitals and educational institutions. Construction of Roads, highways, broadways, drainages, etc. We are actively re-positioning ourselves in the civil engineering sector and infrastructure development with the expertise and technical capabilities of our team. By forecasting the effects on operational costs and efficiency, we can accurately determine the optimum design solution. From the earliest conceptual stage of a project, our decisions are taken with the fundamental impacts on the cost and duration of the project as paramount. Building Services continues to be our strong sector.

PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY SERVICES
We procure and supply machinery, office equipment, furniture, stationaries etc. We implement a reordering system to automate replenishment and ensure that supplies are always available when needed. By focusing on thorough planning, smart negotiation and continuous monitoring, we create a procurement system that significantly contributes to company’s success. We are general merchandise, traders, importers, exporters, distributors, suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, buyers and sellers of goods and commodities, computers, computer accessories, mobile phones, mobile phones accessories, video games and accessories, electronics and electrical appliances. We acquire land and other interest to re-sell or develop such land for a profit.

INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
The infrastructure management department of SSUK Global Services Limited has the technical knowhow in developing Infrastructure and buildings, managing and maintenance of real estate, renewable energy installation projects, CCTV camera installation, Community planning and designing, Environmental remediation and oilfield services. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Our information technology department engage in handling Networking infrastructure, Server Computing Environment (Deployment & Configuration) Windows server Software deployment & Training, Surveillance system infrastructure deployment, Access Control Systems and Website Development. We carry out buying and selling, importing and exporting of all forms of surveillance devices, vehicular tracking devices, CCTV cameras and to engage in the business of car tracking security program, facility digital or electronic security program and any other activity requiring the deployment of electronic security.

ENGINEERING
We provide a wide variety of engineering, planning and environmental services for communities, commercial, residential estates. We provide Infrastructure Design, Structural Design of Buildings – (High, medium and low rise), workshop facilities, Hydroelectric Facilities and plants. Highway Engineering–road design, Bridges Roadway Improvement Design Sanitary Sewer Design Water Distribution Design Storm water Management Design Septic System Design.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE
We engage in the exportation of goods as well as represent overseas interest to import gap-based merchandises to serve domestic demands and our business interest group in foreign countries. We are in partnership with our foreign partners in the trading of agricultural commodities. We provide substantial warehousing due to the large nature of some products. We have very good storage facilities and an abundance of warehouse space at our disposal to meet customers’ demands. We possess a highly skilled and experienced Commodities trading team and we are witnessing substantial growth in this area of our business. We trade in agricultural products, Tree crop products, animal husbandry, Oil & Gas Products, energy (crude, gasoline, diesel), Jewelries, and general goods. Our source markets for agricultural products are centered around Nigeria, Africa countries, Turkey, USA and Dubai. We believe in adding value to our customers across all points of the Supply chain process and pride ourselves on our efficient, professional and customer focused services.

 

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Our facility management focus on maintenance & repairs, safety and compliance, Space management, Environmental sustainability, Security management, Cleaning and hygiene, Utilities management Technology integration, Budget management We provide these aspects focusing on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment.
